Yum to it all! I’m a big fan of adding pasta water to sauces, but haven’t tried adding directly to pesto. I had a bumper crop of over-wintered parsley and made parsley, walnut lemon pesto! 😋
My basil is coming along. Can't wait to make pesto with the secret ingredient!
Have you tried Aerogarden or a similar hydroponics system. It yield luscious basil quickly, Judy
